The information provided in this Refund Policy is intended to explain the terms and conditions under which San Anton Business Group LLC, operating as Tarot by San Anton, handles cancellations, refunds, and credits for services provided.

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for tarot readings or services rendered, except where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Tarot by San Anton. We do not guarantee the outcomes of any readings, and any decision made based on a reading or service is the sole responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend that clients carefully consider their bookings before confirming a session.

This Refund Policy does not override any consumer rights or protections provided under Texas law or federal law, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) or other relevant statutes.

By using our services and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. If you disagree with these terms, please do not proceed with booking or payment.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

At Tarot by San Anton, a service of San Anton Business Group LLC, we value your experience and aim to provide high-quality services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking a session.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the time-based and personalized nature of tarot readings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a reading has been completed or once a booking has been made, except where required by law.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. In such cases, we may issue a credit toward a future appointment.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed without notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or rescheduling in cases of:

Technical issues on our end that prevent the session from taking place

Duplicate charges or billing errors

Emergencies communicated in advance (on a case-by-case basis)

To request consideration, email us at tarot@sanantonbusinessgroup.com within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

4. Chargebacks
Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in loss of future booking privileges.
